Covid-19 Impact On Shipping :

Please be informed that due to the current situation with regards to the horrible corona/covid-19 virus pandemic some shipments might be delayed since many airports and airlines all over the world are not operating as usual and security standards have been heavily increased. Please expect a shipping delay between 4 and 10 weeks.

What are the payment options available?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Paypal.

How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. US orders will take 2 - 3 weeks while International orders will take 3 - 5 weeks. This may still vary, depending on the availability of the carrier provider, custom investigation, and location.

Can I receive my item(s) before Christmas?
All orders placed before 1st December will be shipped within 1-2 business days and should arrive before the 24th of December. But after the parcel(s) leaves our warehouse, it will be under the courier company and customs responsibilities to ship it accordingly, which is out of our control.

Do you have a store locally in my country?
We are an online only business. That’s one of the reasons we are able to sell our item so much cheaper than your local store.

Where do your items come from?
We are all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won't find anywhere else. So we source items from all over the world. Because while some of our items do come from right here in the US, there are many items that are simply not available stateside. To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff.

Do you charge a cancellation fee?
We do not charge cancellation fees, we generally replace things that arrive severely damaged, and if your order needs to be refunded, we'll issue your refund within 10 business days from our last email.

What is your refund policy?
We have a 30-day money back guarantee. If within the 30 day period if you are not happy with your purchase please send us an email with your order number and contact information to contact@megagifts.net. We will walk you through the refund procedure. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
